Staff can send messages to everyone in a group or an eForm using SMS, Email or Push notifications.
Follow the steps below on how to do this.
SENDING SMS/EMAIL/PUSH TO A GROUP
1. Log in to Operoo
2. Click on the group or eForm
3. Click on Send Messages
4. Sending your message
- Select the profiles that you wish to send your message to
- Choose if you want to send an email, SMS or Push notification.
- Compose your message
- Click Send
5. A banner prompt will appear notifying you that the SMS or email is queued for delivery.
Note 1 : For important messages, we recommend using SMS or Emails. Push notifications rely on the recipient having a smartphone and the latest Operoo app installed on their smartphone.
Note 2: SMS credits are required before you can send SMS messages.
