For Group Edition
Push Notifications are available through the Operoo app on iOS and Android devices.
This means you can send a notification to a user's smartphone without having to send an Email or SMS.

Administrators should note that SMS is always a much more reliable method for reaching users as it's not dependent on the user having a smartphone.
To enable push notifications, the administrator needs to do the following:
- Go into the Settings page in Operoo
- Scroll down to Staff Privileges
- Enable Allow staff to send Push notifications and Save
