How to set-up Touch ID or Pin code on the Operoo mobile application?

The Operoo mobile application is now easier to use with the addition of Touch ID, Face ID and a PIN code that you have to set up the first time you log in to Operoo on that device.

Please note: the PIN code is a number of your choice and is not provided by Operoo or your school/organisation.

1. Install the Operoo app.

2. Open the app.

3. You should see a screen requesting your:

a. email/username

b. password

c. and either a PIN code, Fingerprint, or Face ID (depending what's availble on device).

4. Once the PIN code/fingerprint/Face ID has been registered, you will be asked to authenticate. Whenever you open your app from now on, it will show you the login screen.
