This article will cover in detail how to complete a form with all the varying options and how to navigate your account.

The view is now separated by task, making it easier to find the features you need. Both the left sidebar menu and the menus at the upper right have been streamlined. The purple number indicators on the first screenshot relate to the explanations in the tables below.

1. Form Requests:New forms for completion assigned by the school |

Click this icon on the left sidebar menu (The number badge indicates the number of outstanding forms): A list of assigned forms will be displayed, click Start to complete the form. |
2. In-Progress Forms:When you have saved a form for later, they will show here until submitted |

3. Form Approvals:Forms that need your approval will be listed here until you approve them |

4. Completed Forms:A list of every form you have submitted |
Click this icon on the left sidebar menu : A list of completed forms will be displayed, click View Form to access the form. |

5. Form Center:Start and submit a Self Service form |
Click this icon on the left sidebar menu (The NEW badge indicates a new self service form is available): A list of Self Service forms will be displayed, click Start Form to access the form. |

6. Groups:View records and forms for each of your students |

Click this icon on the left sidebar menu: All Student Groups you have access to will be shown. Click View Students to see the students in the group and see details on the alerts. A list of students will be displayed, click View Record to see the Student Card, Logs to Student Logs and Notes to see Private Notes The Group Actions dropdown (upper right) allows you to see the Roll Call, Generate a Report or Send a Message to the group, if you have those permissions. |
