Pre-Enrolled and Enrolled Groups
A new feature in Operoo is the inclusion of ‘All Enrolled Students’ and ‘All Pre-Enrolled Students’ groups. When your school has this feature:
- All of your previously created groups and eForms that were linked to ALL students will now be linked to ‘All Enrolled Students.’
- Any eForms that were sent to ALL students prior will now be sent to the ‘All Enrolled Students’ group.
- All existing students who are not marked as ‘Pre-Enrolled’ will be marked as ‘Enrolled’ when this feature is added to your school.
Filtered Members
When these groups are added to your site, there are some changes that you need to be aware of when using the filtered members feature.
When you select your school name, ALL students, including your ‘Pre-Enrolled Students,’ will be included in the eform/group you are creating. In the following example, this means that ALL 226 Members at the school will be added.
If you ONLY want the filtered members to have ‘All Enrolled Students’ and NOT include ‘Pre-Enrolled Students,’ select only ‘All Enrolled Students.’ In the example, this means that only 219 enrolled students at the school will be added.
If you ONLY want the filtered members to have ‘Pre-Enrolled Students’ and NOT include ‘All Enrolled Students,’ select only ‘Pre-Enrolled Students.’ In the example, this means that only 7 Pre-Enrolled students will be added.
