To increase visibility of events impacting entire organisations, we have introduced "General Triggers". A General Trigger will execute to inform of events which affect the entire school or district.
To access and enable these Triggers, navigate to Settings, then press Manage General Triggers. Once here, you can select a General Trigger rule:
The first General Trigger we have introduced in "Integration Sync Failure". It allows an email to be sent to any email address if a sync with an external Student Information System to Operoo does not complete correctly.
We hope you find this new feature useful in your organisation. We plan to add more organisational Triggers in the future, such as a Trigger to activate when SMS credits have fallen below a certain number.
