Now you can upload a signed paper form or make notes on conversations with parents.
1. The first step is to respond on behalf of the parent.
2. Complete the eForm on behalf of the parent.
The administrator completes the eForm and clicks Submit Response.
An eForm Notes window will open allowing notes to be added and an attachment to be uploaded.
3. The submitted response shows the note taken and related attachment.
4. The audit trail keeps track of all notes added and deleted.
