Before doing the steps below, please make sure that your Student Management System/Student Information System is already updated. This means that the new students have already been added and old students have already been removed.
This article will cover the following:
- Checking the Sync Logs
- Archiving the old students (manually added)
- Archiving the old eForms
- Archiving the old groups (if there's any)
STEP 1: Checking the Sync Logs
1. Log in to your Operoo account.
2. Click the Settings icon on the lower-left corner.
STEP 2: Archiving the old students (manually added)
If you have students that were added manually and are not synced with your SIS, you may need to archive them manually. These are students that do not have the cloud icon on them.
1. Go to the All Students section. Search and select the students that you would like to archive by clicking their name or photo. Once selected, it will turn green. You can select multiple students at a time.
2. On the left side, below the school's logo, please click the Actions drop-down menu, then choose Advanced Actions...
3. Choose Archive Selected Students.
4. Review the list of students and once you've confirmed that the list is accurate, please tick the box for "" and then hit Archive.
STEP 3: Archiving the old eForms

STEP 4: Archiving the groups (if there's any)
Oftentimes, there is no need to delete any of the groups and classes as these are the same groups that the school has for the last school year.
If there's a need to archive any group that is no longer synced, please look for the cloud icon. If the group has no cloud icon anymore, it means that it is not being synced by the integration anymore. This can then be removed if deemed necessary.
