Operoo notifications sometimes end up in Junk/Spam folder. To fix this, you will need to mark one of these notifications as Not Junk/Spam and add our email address as one of your contacts. Please follow the instructions below depending on what email domain you are using.
NOTE: For private or uncommon email domains, please reach out to your email administrators for further assistance.
1. Click on your Spam folder.
2. Tick the box on the Operoo notification.
3. Mark as Not Spam.
Clicking the Not Spam button when the Operoo email was opened can also be done.
From there, the email address needs to be also added as one of your contacts to avoid any emails to get accidentally sent there in the future.
1. Open your Junk folder.
2. Tick the box on one of the Operoo notifications.
3. Mark as Not Junk.
It's important you add the email address we used to send the notifications. Just hover your mouse on top where you can find the sender's name appears, then click Add.
1. Open your Spam folder.
2. Tick the box on one of the Operoo notifications.
3. Click Not Spam.
Tick the box on one of the Operoo notifications, click the three dots, and then Add sender to Contacts.
