How does an Administrator add SMS credits to the account?

In order for the Administrator and Staff Carers (i.e., teachers, club coaches, team managers, supervisors, etc.) to send SMS to the members or participants of the organisation, an SMS package needs to be purchased first. Please follow the steps below how to purchase SMS packages.

1. Go to Settings.

Then select Manage SMS on the left-hand section.

2. Click Buy - Credit Card next to the credit pack you'd like to purchase.

3. A credit card purchase screen will appear for you to complete the purchase. An email receipt will be sent to the email nominated.

4. Your updated balance will be shown back on the Purchase SMS Credits section.

 5. You can also view your Payment History on the same page.
