For Group Edition
School support staff such as cafeteria workers, cleaners or groundskeepers are not synced to Operoo because they're usually not stored in the school's Student Information System. These individuals can be manually added as staff members into Operoo for purposes such as a COVID health check.
In an Operoo district school, staff can be manually added as follows:
1. Add the staff members
- Add single staff via the Add button

Import staff via a csv spreadsheet
2. Once the staff have been added they should appear in the group All District Staff.
3. The next step is to appoint the staff to the school where they work.
- Go to the school where they work and click on All Staff
- Next, click on Manage this group
- On the next screen, click on Bulk Appoint Staff
4. To appoint staff

add the staff IDs into the provided space and separate the staff profile IDs using either a space, new line, comma or tab.

click Appoint Staff

click View Group to view the staff in their appointed school
5. Removing appointed staff from a school is just as easy
- Go to the school where they work and click on All Staff
- Next, click on Manage this group
- On the next screen, click on Bulk Remove Staff
- add the staff IDs into the provided space and separate the staff profile IDs using either a space, new line, comma or tab.
- click Remove Staff
