Introduce the product and plans to staff early on
Let your user community know in advance that Operoo is coming. That way they will be expecting the first email invitation.
Send a welcome message to the parents, adult students, participants, employees and other users. We have put together these templates to get you started. You'll also find Operoo images that can be used on your website, social pages or newsletters.
Your users don't need to do anything until they receive an email invitation from your Operoo system - so don't ask them to sign up for Operoo themselves.
Communicate the benefits of the technology for staff and parents

Ensure staff are comfortable with the product and how to use it.

Encourage everyone to download the app onto their mobile phones
The mobile application for Operoo has lots of added benefits and increased user accessibility. We would recommend having all of your staff download the app and including this in your communications.
