It is best practice to let your user community know in advance that Operoo is coming. That way they will be expecting the first email invitation.

PLEASE NOTE: 

For Community edition:  Your users don't need to do anything until they receive an email invitation from your Operoo system - so don't ask them to sign up for Operoo themselves.

For Group edition: Users will receive their username and temporary password via email or text as soon as their profile is imported into your Operoo system.
