Profile Data
When uploading a spreadsheet of people you want to collect information about, the system will create a 'Profile Request' for each person.
You will need a spreadsheet with the following columns populated for each profile:
1. Person First name (required)2. Person Last name (required)3. Profile ID (optional - eg. Student ID or Player ID or Employee ID)4. Profile Owner email address (required - this is the person you want to collect the information from. eg. Parent/Guardian, an adult member or employee)5. Profile Owner mobile number (required - this is the person you want to collect the information from. eg. Parent/Guardian, an adult member or employee)6. Secondary email address (optional - This is for notification only. This is another person you'd like to send email notifications to but they will not be asked to complete the details - eg. another parent).7. Secondary mobile number (optional - This is for notification only. This is another person you'd like to send SMS notifications to - eg. another parent).
8. Group Name 1 (optional - eg. Class or Team or Department)
9. Group Name 2 (optional - eg. Class or Team or Department)
10. Group Name 3 (optional - eg. Class or Team or Department)
Note 1: One column can be used for “Full name” instead of “Person’s First name” and “Person’s Last name”.
Note 2: There should be only one row per person.
Note 3: Accepted spreadsheet formats: Excel file (.xls or .xlsx), OpenOffice file (.ods) or CSV file (.csv) .
Note 4: Limit the file size to 250 records.
