Staff Carer Data
Staff need access to various groups of people they are responsible for. By uploading a spreadsheet of Staff Carers the system will create a 'Carer Request' for each staff carer.
You will need a spreadsheet with the following columns populated for each profile:
1. Staff First name (required)
2. Staff Last name (required)
3. Staff ID (optional - eg. Staff ID or Member ID or Employee ID)
4. Staff email address (required)
5. Staff mobile number (required)6. Secondary email address (optional - for notification only. This is another person you'd like to send email notifications to but they will not be asked to complete the details - eg. a partner).7. Secondary mobile number (optional - for notification only. This is another person you'd like to send SMS notifications to - eg. a partner)
8. Group Name 1 (optional - eg. Class or Team or Department they need access to)
9. Group Name 2 (optional - eg. Class or Team or Department they need access to)
10. Group Name 3 (optional - eg. Class or Team or Department they need access to)
Note 1: One column can be used for “Full name” instead of “Person’s First name” and “Person’s Last name”.
Note 2: There should be only one row per person.
Note 3: Accepted spreadsheet formats: Excel file (.xls or .xlsx), OpenOffice file (.ods) or CSV file (.csv) .
Note 4: Limit the file size to 250 records.
