
CUSTOMER INSTALLATION GUIDE FOR HIERARCHIES
Phase 1: Project Planning & Communication
Step 1: Assign Project Roles and Responsibilities
- Select Project Sponsor
- Select Project Manager
- Select System Administrator (super-user)

Step 2: Communication to staff and end users
Use these Communication Templates to pre-educate staff and end users about Operoo.
Step 3: Review and decide data load method
Review documentation based on data source. You'll use one of these options.
a) Spreadsheets: This data load method requires at least 2 spreadsheets and is used when there is no automated synchronisation from another system to populate Operoo with set up data.
To load the people you want to collect information about you’ll need this spreadsheet
To load staff carers you’ll need this spreadsheet
b) SAS2000: This data load method automatically syncs student and staff details from SAS2000/SchoolEdge

Set up the SAS2000 integration by following these instructions
c) Synergetic: This data load method automatically syncs student and staff details from Synergetic

Instructions to set up Clever Sync will be added here shortly.
e) FSP/SportsTG: This data load method automatically syncs player and team data from FSP.
Step 4: Create hierarchy structure spreadsheet

Follow these instructions to prepare the spreadsheet for loading.
Phase 2: Create Operoo Accounts & Hierarchy
Step 1: Create Operoo account with hierarchy enabled
Create the top level Operoo account by contacting your Operoo Customer Success Manager to help you set up your new Operoo account. You'll be provided with a link to create a new Operoo system.
Step 2: Enable Hierarchy feature
Enable hierarchy feature by emailing support@operoo.com and requesting that your account is hierarchy enabled. Be sure to provide the name of the Operoo account you just created.
Step 3: Load up hierarchy structure spreadsheet
Follow these instructions to load up your hierarchy spreadsheet.
Phase 3: Data Load
Now you have your hierarchy in place, follow the instructions based on the data source you chose in Step 3 of Phase 1.
a) Spreadsheets: Follow steps 2 and onward in this Installation Guide
b) SAS2000:
Set up SAS2000 integration by following these instructions.
Follow steps 2 and onward in this Installation Guide.
Steps 6 through 11 are optional as the integration will automatically sync data from SAS2000. Review your requirement to add any other data that has not automatically been populated.
c) Synergetic:
Set up Synergetic integration by following these instructions.
Follow steps 2 and onward in this Installation Guide.
Steps 6 through 11 are optional as the integration will automatically sync data from SAS2000. Review your requirement to add any other data that has not automatically been populated.
d) Clever:
Instructions to set up Clever Sync will be added here shortly.
e) FSP/SportsTG:
Follow steps 2 and onward in this Installation Guide.
IGNORE steps 6 and 7 as the integration will automatically sync profiles and teams.
