Sample hierarchy:

To upload your hierarchy you’ll need an Excel spreadsheet with the following columns populated:

     1. Level 1 (required)
     2. Level 2 (optional) (can also have Level 3, 4, 5...)
     3. Administrator First Name
     4. Administrator Last Name
     5. Administrator Email
     6. FSP ID (only for FSP/SportsTG integrations)
