⚠️ Important: You can only assign teachers to a Class Group after they’ve been added to the appropriate Building/Organization. If you haven’t completed that step, please refer to How to Appoint Teachers to Their Corresponding Building/Organization.
Instructions:

Go to the Students tab.
- Click on the Building/Organization you need to work on.

Locate the Class that needs a teacher assigned and right-click on the group or hover over the cloud icon to reveal a three-line menu. Then select Manage this Group.

Select Assign Staff.

Check the box for the correct Building/Organization on the left. In the middle column, click the plus (+) icon next to the teacher’s name to assign them to the class. Use the right column to review or remove assignments, then save your changes.
- Repeat these steps for each class that requires a teacher assignment.
Once all teachers have been assigned, review each Class Group to confirm the correct staff members are listed. Keeping these assignments up to date ensures teachers have the proper access and that class information remains accurate across the district.
