You can use Forms & Flows to create, share, and manage Parent-Teacher Conference scheduling with families. This helps streamline the process and ensures all responses are organized in one place.
⚠️ Important: Once your conference form(s) have responses, do not edit your form. Editing after responses are collected may cause issues with your data and scheduling.
Teacher Sending
Watch this tutorial or follow the steps below to create your Parent-Teacher Conference Form:
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Form Library.

Click Create Form and select Add Parent Form.

Choose a template from the Operoo Best Practice Parent Template options:
• High School: Parent Teacher Conference HS – March 2025: [Teacher Name]
• Middle School: Parent Teacher Conference MS – March 2025: [Teacher Name]
• Elementary School: Parent Teacher Conference ES – March 2025: [Teacher Name] -
Update the form title with your name (replace [Teacher Name]).

Adjust the dates/times as needed:
• Click the calendar icon to edit.
• Click the “X” to delete any slots you don’t need. -
Click Save at the bottom of the form.

Open the Settings tab:
• Select Add/Remove Members.
• Choose your student group, then either Add All or select specific students.
• Added students will appear in the eForm Students column.
• Click Save. - Click Confirm.
- Your form is now ready to be enabled by a Forms & Flows Administrator for delivery.

If you have permission to enable forms, you may enable and send them to parents directly.
School Sending on Behalf of a Teacher
If the school administrator is setting up the Parent-Teacher Conference form on behalf of a teacher, follow these steps:
- Log in as an Administrator.

Click Add eForm → Add Parent Form.

Choose a template from the Operoo Best Practice Parent Template options:
• High School: Parent Teacher Conference HS – March 2025: [Teacher Name]
• Middle School: Parent Teacher Conference MS – March 2025: [Teacher Name]
• Elementary School: Parent Teacher Conference ES – March 2025: [Teacher Name] -
Adjust the dates/times as needed:
• Click the calendar icon to edit.
• Click the “X” to remove any slots you don’t need. -
In the Enable tab, choose Enable Now, then Done.

From the Home Screen, drag the appropriate teacher from the Staff Assignments to link them with the conference form.
Viewing Responses
Once parents have submitted their Parent-Teacher Conference forms, you can easily view and manage the responses:
