Can I send out multiple forms to families at the same time?
Answer: Yes, you can run multiple forms at once. Each form has its own settings, tracking, and automation, so you can manage items like media releases, handbook acknowledgments, and permission slips simultaneously.
When you enable multiple forms to go out together, here’s what you can expect:
- Even when sent at the same time, forms are delivered and managed individually. Families will see them as separate forms to complete.
- You can customize reminders, due dates, triggers, and notifications on a per-form basis. For example:
- A student handbook acknowledgment might have a 7-day deadline with one reminder.
- A media release form could have a 3-day deadline with daily reminders.
- A field trip permission slip might use instant notifications once submitted.
- View completion status and responses for each form individually in your dashboard.
You have two simple options to activate forms at the same time:
- Build in Advance & Enable Together: You can create all your forms ahead of time and set them to automatically go live on a specific date. Once that date arrives, all enabled forms will be deployed simultaneously.
- Enable As You Finish: If you're building forms on a rolling basis, you can manually enable each one as it’s ready. If you enable several in a short period, they will effectively go out at the same time to families.
