Is there a limit to how many PDFs our district can submit for mapping?
Answer: No, there is no set limit on the number of PDFs you can submit for mapping. We want to be flexible to meet your district's needs. However, to ensure fair and timely service for all our customers, we manage requests through a processing queue.
How PDF Mapping Works
PDF mapping is a specialized, manual process performed by our team to ensure your forms are set up correctly. Because each request requires individual attention, we process them in the order they are received.
⏳ What to Expect When You Submit a Request:
- All mapping requests are placed into a queue and completed in the order they arrive from all districts.
- To provide equitable service to every customer, if a single district submits a very high volume of requests (for example, dozens or hundreds at once), our team may need to prioritize a smaller batch at a time. This means that while we will process all of your requests, we may work on them in segments, moving subsequent batches to the end of the general queue to allow other districts' requests to be processed as well.
💡 Tips for Submitting Your PDFs:
- Please submit your PDF mapping requests with lead time before you need them to be active.
- If you have a large number of forms, consider submitting your most urgent ones first.
- Grouping related forms into smaller, batched submissions can help ensure a steady flow of processed forms for your district.
We are committed to processing your requests as efficiently as possible. This system allows us to maintain the high quality of our mapping service for every school and district we support.
