If a family submits a form in a language other than English, is it automatically translated for administrators?
Answer: No. To ensure accuracy and respect the original intent of the person filling out the form, responses are always displayed to administrators exactly as they were submitted.
This means if a family completes a form in their preferred language, the Administrators will need to translate the responses when necessary by using a preferred translation tool.
We understand that manual translation can be an extra step, but we are always evaluating ways to improve our platform, and user feedback on features like this is very important to us!
