We’ve made an update to how you access our in-product chat in Forms & Flows. Previously, chat appeared as a floating icon at the bottom of your screen. To improve usability and to ensure nothing important gets covered, the chat option has now been moved into the Help menu.
Where to Find Chat
On Desktop
- Look at the top-right corner of your screen.
- Click the Help menu.
- Select Chat.
On Mobile
- Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner.
- Open the Help section.
- Tap Chat.
We relocated chat to the Help menu to make it easier to find and to prevent it from overlapping with other buttons or forms. The chat experience remains the same; you can still connect directly with our support team without leaving the product.
