What Forms & Flows Can Do
Forms & Flows is great for collecting fixed, one-time payments tied to a specific form.
Example use cases:
- Field trip fees
- Uniform purchases
- Event tickets (e.g., prom, drama production)
- Club or activity registration fees
How it works:
- You set a fixed amount (e.g.,
$25.00) in the form. - When users submit the form, they pay that exact amount via our secure Stripe integration.
- Payments are deposited directly into your school or district’s Stripe account.
What Forms & Flows Can’t Do
Forms & Flows does not support these more flexible payment models:
- Account balances or “wallets” (like adding money to a lunch account)
- Variable or “pay-what-you-want” payments
- Instalments or partial payments
- Automatic deductions from a pre-loaded balance
That means we aren’t a replacement for dedicated systems like MySchoolBucks or School Fees Online that specialise in managing ongoing student accounts.
