✅ Google Single Sign-On (SSO)
Forms & Flows supports Google Single Sign-On (SSO) through SAML 2.0, a secure and widely used authentication standard. This allows users in your district to sign in to Forms & Flows using their existing Google credentials.
Benefits of Google SSO:
- One less username and password to remember
- Streamlined access for teachers, staff, and parents
- Enhanced security through Google’s authentication protocols
- Easy user management tied to your Google Workspace
Many districts already use Google or Microsoft SSO with Forms & Flows. If you’re interested in setting this up for your organization, please contact our support team to begin the integration process.
❌ Automated Calculations in Forms Not Currently Available
Forms & Flows does not currently support automatic calculations within forms. This means forms cannot automatically total values (like hours worked or reimbursement amounts) based on user input.
How to handle numeric totals today:
- Use standard number or currency fields
- Rely on the person filling out the form to manually enter the total amount or final value
Example:
For a professional development reimbursement form, you might include fields like:
- Cost of Workshop
- Travel Expenses
- Total Reimbursement Requested (enter manually).
