How Direct Linking Works
✅ If the User is Already Logged In: This method works perfectly. You can bookmark the page or share the direct URL with another administrator at your district.
- Navigate to the form whose responses you want to see.
- Copy the URL from your browser's address bar.
- If you send this link to a colleague who is already logged in, clicking it will take them directly to that form's response dashboard.
❌ If the User is Not Logged In: The experience is different for users who are not currently logged in.
- When they click the link, they will be redirected to the login page.
- After they successfully log in, the system will not take them back to the form response link you sent.
- Instead, they will land on their standard Operoo dashboard homepage.
- From there, they will need to manually navigate to the Forms & Flows section and find the specific form.
