If you ever need to update or recover your account password, there are two simple ways to do it, depending on whether you still remember your current password or not.
If you remember your current password, you can log in as usual and change your password directly from your account settings. This is the quickest option if you want to update your password for security or personal preference. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page. This will guide you through a secure reset process, usually by sending a reset link to your registered email.
Both methods are quick, secure, and ensure you’ll be able to access your account without interruption.
Change Your Password from Account Settings

If you can still log in with your current password, click the arrow next to your avatar in the top-right corner and select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.
- In the left-hand menu, choose Account Password.
- Then enter your Current Password, followed by your New Password and Password Confirmation.

Click Save Changes when ready.

Log in to your account and click the hamburger menu icon (three lines).

Select Account Settings.

From the Personal Information dropdown, choose Account Password.

Enter the required fields, then click Save Changes.
🔒 Recover Your Account If You Forgot Your Password

On the login page, click Forgot Password.

Enter your email address or username, then check the CAPTCHA box to verify.
❗️If your email address is not recognized, enter your username instead. You can find your username by following the steps in this article.

Click the Reset Password button to receive a reset link.

Select whether to receive the password reset link by email or by SMS text message.

If you chose to receive the link by email, a green banner will appear confirming that instructions have been sent to your inbox.
You’ll receive an email titled Reset Password Instructions that contains a link to reset your password.
Enter and confirm your new password, then click Submit. A strength indicator will show whether your password is weak or strong.

If you selected SMS, a 6-digit code will be sent to your phone. Enter this code to continue.
