The SchoolStatus Forms & Flows mobile app is now even easier to use with added support for Touch ID, Face ID, and a custom PIN code. You’ll set up your chosen authentication method the first time you log in on your device.
💡 Note: Your PIN code is a number you choose yourself; it is not provided by Operoo or your school/organization.
To get started:
- Install the Forms & Flows app.
- Open the app.

On the login screen, enter your: Email/Username, Password, and either your PIN code, Fingerprint, or Face ID (depending on your device).

To enable Face ID, make sure to grant our app permission to use it.

If you’d like to use a PIN to log in, enter it here, and it can be any combination of numbers you choose.
- Once your PIN code, Fingerprint, or Face ID is registered, you’ll use it to authenticate each time you open the app.
