For Group Edition
Please note: Operoo will no longer support new versions of SIMS after July 31, 2023. Specifically, this will end support for the integration between Operoo and SIMS. If you are using the 2-way SyncMonkey integration, please contact the Support Team who will help and guide you through migrating your integration from SyncMonkey to Wonde.
From time to time we will release new versions of the Sync Agent. Please refer to the steps
below to help guide you through the process.
- Stop the CareMonkey Agent service from Windows Services.

Go to our downloads site:
http://caremonkey-downloads.s3-website-ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/

Download the SyncMonkey Agent (latest version)

Save the contents to the file path C:\CareMonkey\SyncMonkey.Agentv.X.X.X.X
(the original SyncMonkey agent folder) -
Overwrite all files except for the"SyncMonkey.Agent.config file
- Trigger a sync by restarting CareMonkey Agent service
