For Community Edition
To enable the Parent /Guardian Contact Validation Option for Synergetic for your organisation,
1. Login to Operoo Administrator.
2. Go to Settings.
3. In the Organisation Settings page, scroll down until you see the section for Synergetic Contacts.
Select Enable Synergetic contact editing. This will enable the option for all your member profiles.
Note: If you do not want this option enabled for certain individuals, you will need to disable this option from each member's individual profile.
What does the Administrator see?
Administrators will now see an extra Synergetic Contacts section in the members profile.
And an extra checkbox question, Can the Care Profile owner see and edit their Synergetic contacts?, when View/Edit Member.
What does the Profile Owner see?
The Profile Owner will now see an extra Parent/Guardian Contacts section in their CareCentral view.
Disabling Parent/Guardian Contacts for selected members
Administrators can disable this option for selected member profiles by de-selecting the question Can the Care Profile owner see and edit their Synergetic contacts? in the members profile. Go to View/Edit Member.
This will remove the Parent/Guardian Contacts section from the Profile Owners Care Central view.
NOTE: The Synergetic Contacts will remain visible to Administrators.
