For Group Edition
A student record can be viewed and updated by more than one contact. The Administrator can set the appropriate permission of each contact.
When viewing the Record Details
1. Click the hamburger icon (3 horizontal lines) on the student’s profile.
2. Look for the contact that you would like to update under the Contact Permissions for Medical and eForm Access section.
3. Click the Edit icon (pencil) next to the contact’s name and you will be redirected to the Edit Contact Details window.
4. On the Edit Contact Details window, go to the Permissions on Student Records section and select the appropriate permission.
5. Hit Save to apply the changes.
When viewing the Student Record
1. Click the hamburger icon (3 horizontal lines) on the student’s profile.
2. Select Student Record at the left-hand side menu.
3. On the Student Record page, go to the Contacts section.
4. Click the Edit icon (pencil) next to the contact’s name and you will be redirected to the Edit Contact Details window.
5. On the Edit Contact Details window, go to the Permissions on Student Records section and select the appropriate permission.
