How does an Administrator perform a manual sync of the integration (Synergetic and SAS2000)? (Community Edition)

The Operoo integration automatically syncs every two hours. If there's a need to perform a manual sync, please follow the steps below. Please note that this needs to be done by the IT or tech guy or someone who has access to the admin server where the Synergetic and SAS2000 database can be found.
 

NOTE: If you're using a shared drive, always use UNC paths when entering drive path information.
  1. Open Command Prompt as an administrator on the server.
     
  2. Type cd c:\caremonkey
     
  3. The command prompt should show c:\caremonkey. Type caremonkeysync.exe --stop-service
     
  4. After the previous step, the c:\caremonkey will show up again. Type caremonkeysync.exe --sync
     
  5. After the previous step, it will go back to c:\caremonkey. Type caremonkeysync.exe --start-service
