Group and Community Editions
New logic lets you filter by members who do NOT meet certain criteria. Think of it as the opposite of the way filter selection works by default. So if you want to see students who have NOT responded to a specific form, simply select the group on the left, form and the checkbox, “Responded” and “Filter to members without these attributes.”

See some step-by-step examples below for more details on this powerful new feature.
Students who have NOT completed a specific eForm.
It is now possible to make a dynamic group of the students who have NOT filled out a specific eForm, ie. a list of students who have NOT responded to a nominated eForm.
Note: This logic may be extended and used to report of students that have NOT responded to any eForms.
1. Create a new Group by clicking on the Add button on the Operoo Groups window.

2. This will take you into the Group details.

This allow the selection of two types of Filter:
- Static
- Dynamic
Select the Dynamic Filter option - this will provide an automatic filter display that will not need to be adjusted at a later stage.
And then click on the Choose Filter button.
Note: Once established the Dynamic Filter will automatically adjust the contents of the display - as students respond to an the eForm at a later date, they will be taken out of this group automatically.

4. The screen will now display the Create Filter window. This provides the opportunity to establish the filter according to your set of criteria
Select Groups
Select the Group / Groups that the eForm applies to and that you would like to report on. The filter will display the number of students associated with the selection.
Additional Attibutes
Open the eForm Responses tree view by clicking on the triangle to the left of the caption.
A list of current eForms will display - select and open the eFrom you wish to report on
Click on the Responded tick box.
The filter will further refine the display to show the number of students associated with the two selections.
Filter to members without these attributes
By default Operoo will assume that you are after an exact match of the filter options you have chosen.
To indicate the reverse - click on the Filter to members without these attributes button to report on the opposite to the filter selection.
Click on Confirm to continue.

5. The display will revert back to the Members selection - click on the Save and Next button.
The next display is an opportunity to enter a Trigger.
Normally you will bypass and click one Done to continue.

6. The end result is the creation of a Dynamic Group named Not Responded with the display of the students that have not responded to the eForm.
