You can add an additional section to a users profile through the use of an eForm.
When creating an eForm use the option in the Settings tab called ‘Add eForm replies to the profile’ - when this is selected the eForm will appear on the user profile. For this example we have created a custom Covid19 Vaccination eForm.
Within the profile view you will now see the eForm shows as an additional section of the profile
Please note the following:
- Using this option will allow the Staff Members to see the eForm replies when they look at the profiles even if they are not assigned to the eForm.

Staff members must be online to be able to view this information as the Mobile App will not show this in offline mode.
