How does an Administrator check the Staff Carers who viewed a Care Profile?

Operoo automatically tracks when and which Staff Carer viewed a Care Profile. Please follow these steps to see the list.

1. Click on the three horizontal lines icon on a Profile.

2. Click on Audit Trail.

3. Scroll down to the Staff Carers who have viewed this profile section. You'll see the following details in this section: Staff Carer Name, Staff Carer Email address, and when was a profile viewed by the Staff Carer.
