Administrators can select which email address will be picked up by the integration from SAS2000 and Synergetic.
Please note that this will only apply to all profiles that are not yet shared and those profiles you will add in Operoo in the future. All blue profiles will also be updated (if there's a change depending on the contact you will select) but will no longer take effect as the profile has already been received.
SAS2000
1. Click the Settings icon on the lower left corner.
2. Choose Sync Options on the left-hand side menu.
3. Select Configure Options.
4. Click the drop-down menu for "Which contact would you like to sync?" and choose your preferred contact. Here are the available options:
- Top of the contact list
- Mother
- Father
5. Hit Update.
6. Click Sync Now on the left hand side menu.
Synergetic
1. Click the Settings icon on the lower left corner.
2. Choose Sync Options on the left-hand side menu.
3. Select Configure Options.
4. Click the drop-down menu for "Which contact would you like to sync?" and choose your preferred contact. Here are the available options:
- Synergetic Primary Contact (SC1)
- Spouse of Primary Contact (SC1)
5. Hit Update.
6. Click Sync Now on the left hand side menu.
