For Community Edition
Profile Owners will be asked to update or confirm the contact details of the listed Parents/Guardians every 6 months. To update or confirm the details, please follow these steps:
1. Login to Operoo.
2. In Operoo Central, go to the Parent/Guardian Contacts section. You will see the list of added contacts and it will show that "Confirmation is Required" for each contact.
3. Hit the View/Edit button.
4. Click the Edit icon (pencil) next to the field that you'd like to update. Enter the details and hit Save.
5. If all details are updated or no changes are required, hit the Confirm Details button.
