Staff Carers (i.e., teachers, club coaches, team managers, supervisors, etc.) can send emails to all members of a group or an eForm, customise the message and attach a PDF file if needed. Please follow the steps below on how to do this.
SENDING EMAIL TO A GROUP
1. Log in to Operoo.
2. Click on the Group Name. Or you may click the "View XX Members" button.
3. Click on Send Email.

- Select from All, Profiles Received, Profile Pending, Custom.
- Select from the list of members.

For Care Profile Owners that have more than one member included in this group, you may tick the Unique (only send once for parents with multiple members)box. This will send one email to the profile owners.
- To ensure that the secondary email added on the profile will also receive the email that you are sending, tick the box for "Send to Secondary Contact".

You are allowed to attach up to 3 files per email.
5. Click Preview once you're done.


7. You will be directed to the group page and will see the banner that the email is queued for delivery.
SENDING EMAIL TO EFORM MEMBERS
1. Log in to Operoo.
2. Click on the eForm Name. Or you may click the "View XX Members" button.
3. Click on Send Email.
- Select from Responded or Not Responded.

For Care Profile Owners that have more than one member included in this group, you may tick the Unique (only send once for parents with multiple members)box. This will send one email to the profile owners.
- To ensure that the secondary email added on the profile will also receive the email that you are sending, tick the box for "Send to Secondary Contact".

NOTE: If the Staff Carer cannot see any groups or eForms on their Operoo account, kindly get in touch with the Organisation's Administrator and ask him/her to check access to the profiles or eForms has been given to the Staff Carer.
