How does an Administrator select to receive Automated Notifications from Operoo

Community and Group Editions

Administrators can choose to receive automated Notifications from Operoo informing them of changes
made in their Operoo account. 

If you are using Community Edition, the Notification options are;
  1. Immediately
  2. Daily Summary
  3. Weekly Summary
  4. Monthly Summary 
  5. Never
Setting up Notifications
Under "My Account", click "Notification Settings;


Select the Notification(s) you'd like to receive;


If you are using Group Edition, the Notification options are;
  1. Student record verified
  2. Student record changed
  3. Student added
  4. Student archived
  5. Student managed locally changed
  6. eForm changed
  7. Students with unreachable contacts
  8. Allergy (anaphylaxis) expiration date changed
The frequencies which can be chosen are;
  1. Never
  2. As Soon As Possible
Setting up Notifications
Under "My Account", click "Notification Settings;


Select the Notification(s) you'd like to receive;
