An Organisation can require Profile Owners to upload an action for Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
Please follow these steps to configure the Medical Form Settings:
1. Login to Operoo.
2. Under eForms section, look for Medical and click on the menu icon. You will be redirected to the "Edit eForm Request : Medical" page.
3. Scroll down until you see the Action Plan Collection section. Choose your preferred collection requirements for Asthma and Anaphylaxis. Below are the three collection options:
a. Action Plan is optional - Users may or may not upload an action plan. Operoo will not send a reminder to users if they did not upload an action plan.
b. Action Plan is required - Users need to upload an action plan but they are allowed to complete the profile if the action plan is not yet available. Operoo will send reminders to users if they did not upload an action plan.
c. Action Plan is mandatory - Users are not allowed to complete and share the profile without an action plan.
