For Group Edition
Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication process that allows a user to access multiple applications with one set of login credentials. SSO is often used by schools to allow parents to use a single username and password and get access to multiple software applications.

Operoo works with SSO that use SAML, Firefly or My School Portal (MSP) configurations. Other types of SSO configurations are not currently supported.
1. Follow the setup instructions for your SSO type to add your configuration settings.
2. Operoo users will be automatically matched to their SSO account.
3. Operoo will not send Users their Operoo stand alone login credentials. Users can use these credentials to log in to Operoo from outside the school portal or from the Operoo mobile app, but you will need to trigger these login details to be sent if you wish to use these functions.
Go to the User Accounts section in the lower left corner

You can choose to send credentials to users that have or have not signed up yet, by clicking on the corresponding numbers. This will give you a Bulk Send Credentials button; which sends an automated email to those users.

4. When sending eForms to your users they will no longer to directed to the Operoo website directly, but your School Portal SSO link. You can find your portal SSO link within the SSO configuration screen.
