For Community Edition
This is a feature that will allow the Organisation to remind the Care Profile Owners (i.e., parents, club members, adult participants, employees, etc.) via email to make sure that their profiles are up to date. This applies to the profiles that are already shared with your Organisation, and is different from the Frequency reminder emails, which is for Profile Requests.
To set one, please do the following steps:
1. Go to Medical under eForms.
2. Select from the Frequency care profiles should be updated drop-down list.
3. Click Save.
Note: Some Care Profile Owners might think that this reminder is a spam, so it's always better to let them know first hand.
Every time the profile owner consents to the care profile (acknowledges that the care profile is up-to-date), the 'Frequency care profiles should be updated' time will be reset from the time of last consent.
It will only be sent after the nominated amount of time has lapsed since the profile owner last consented to the profile being up-to-date.
For example, the admin has set the 'Frequency care profiles should be updated' to 12 months.
After 2 months the profile owner has received an excursion form and has been asked to provide consent that the care profile is up-to-date.
Once they have provided this consent, this reminder will reset to send in another 12 months time.
So if the profile owner is keeping their care profile up-to-date on a regular basis the frequency reminder set for 12 months will never be sent.
