Another person, usually the other parent, can give you access to Operoo so you can view or edit data and respond to forms on behalf of your child.
That other person has been assigned as the 'Profile Owner' in Operoo by your school or club.
To receive notifications from your school or club, the school must also add you as the 'Secondary email address' for your child.
If you are NOT receiving email notifications about new forms - but you are able to see the forms in your Operoo account, then follow these instructions:
1. Check that emails are not ending up in your Spam or Junk folders.
2. Contact your school or club and ask them to ensure your correct email address has been added as the 'Secondary email address' for your child. The email used by the school must be the same email you use to sign in to Operoo.
If the Profile Owner has not yet given you access to the Operoo data for your child, they can do so by following these instructions.
