If you have the Staff Carers' (i.e., teachers, team coaches, trainers, supervisors) information available in a spreadsheet, you can import it all at once rather than repeating the process for each carer.
You'll need to prepare a spreadsheet with the people you want to add as carers.
Instructions for the spreadsheet are here.
1. Click on the Staff icon on the left side of the admin page.
2. Click on the Add button.
3. Select Add multiple staff (or modify existing).
4. Click on Choose File and find the spreadsheet you wish to upload. Click on Select Columns.
5. Select the appropriate column headings from the drop-down boxes along the top of the screen, making sure that they match the information provided in those columns.
6. Click Preview Changes at the bottom of the page.
7. The next page will show the profiles and groups that will be imported. These will be highlighted in red. Click Import to proceed to the last step.
8. Once the profiles and groups, are imported, you will be a redirected to a page where it shows "Successfully imported all profiles". Hit Done to go back to the main page.
