Please note: Operoo will no longer support new versions of SIMS after July 31, 2023. Specifically, this will end support for the integration between Operoo and SIMS. In SIMS, the Parental Consent table shows values that are set. This is the default "Parental Consent" Lookup table in SIMS.

When opening a student record in SIMS, the user is presented with a list of the Parental Consent items for each student (one tick per consent).
By default, the SIMS Sync process only syncs photos of students with the "Photograph Student" consent checkbox checked. If the checkbox is unchecked, the synced photo will be removed from Operoo.
The code used to allow the student photo to sync with Operoo is configured in Operoo. By default, P must be set in Operoo integration configuration shown below. If the setting is empty then no photos will be synced into Operoo.
In WONDE, the student data will show whether or not the school has ticked the Photograph Student permission.
