How do you keep Operoo in sync with other systems?

Operoo can be used as a stand-alone system or integrated with other systems.

Keeping Operoo in sync with another system

There are a number of ways to keep staff, students, participants, members and groups in sync with another system:

Manually entering/updating.
Loading a spreadsheet exported from the other system. For example, a simple report can be run in a student administration system to upload into Operoo to keep students and classes up to date. The same report can be re-run and loaded into Operoo at regular intervals (eg. weekly). Operoo will only process new information, ignoring duplicate data from previous data loads.
Operoo has pre-built integrations with a number of third-party products. See 'Pre-built integrations' below. Once activated, Operoo will be kept in sync with the other system automatically.
Operoo's API allows custom integrations to be written. The API is available to all Operoo customers. Details can be found here.

Manually entering/updating. Operoo offers Sync Reports detailing changes to profile contact, emergency contacts and medical data. A list of changes to data is provided in a to-do list with a 'Done' button. This enables administrators to copy changed data into the other system before removing it from the to-do list.
Data in Operoo can be exported to excel/csv for re-import into other systems.

More than 10 admin systems covering the majority of schools in UK are included including SIMS, ISAMS and more. In Australia Wonde supports TASS, Synergetic, SchoolPro and SchoolEdge. For Community and Group Editions.
Clever (Read-only) This provides integration to multiple student administration systems in USA. Details on Clever website here. More than half of the schools in USA use Clever for integration. For Community and Group Editions.
IO Classroom (Read-only). For Group Edition.
