For Group Edition
We've put together a list of common issues encountered by users when setting up SSO together with the solutions. We will continue to add to this article as we come across other common issues.
1. Make sure SSO has been enabled in Operoo
As simple as this sounds, make sure you have SSO enabled in Operoo. Follow this article on setting up Configuring Operoo SSO V2.
3. Set up SSO with Google as your Identity Provider
Follow these instructions from Google if you're using Google as your IDP
3. Setting up SAML SSO with AzureAD
Follow these instructions from Microsoft if you're using AzureAD as your IDP
Errors:
Error: "Invalid Signature on SAML Response"
After setting up SSO with Azure SAML, if you get the above error, then copy the new IDP Metadata XML from Azure and save it into Operoo again. Copying the IDP Metadata XML a second time will usually resolve the issue.
