How to navigate the Form Library
The Form Library lets you see the current state of all your forms in a graphical format.
You can also manage your forms using search, filter and sort tools.
Access Form Library
Click on the Form Library icon on the left hand navigation (under Staff).
Card View
Lets you view the responses with student's faces on a card
Add eForms
Use this to add a new eForm
Use this to add a new eForm
Chart and Form Statistics
Shows a graphical representation of all your forms
Sort
You can sort on any column.
Search and Filters
Search and filters let you narrow down and find the forms you're looking for.
The default columns include the Name of the form, Audience type, eForm type, Status, Create date, Archived/Active, Event start date, Categories, Created by and Submissions.
You can search or filter on all displayed columns.
View responses
Click on any eForm to see all responses submitted

Use this button to make changes to the eForm
Card View of responses
This takes you to the traditional view of eForm responses with student's faces visible
eForm Actions
Use Actions, to sort members, archive the eForm, save copy as a template, export responses, assign staff and create a duplicate of the eForm
Add Charts
This lets the admin add additional charts and graphs to the view if available
Charts
The charts show you a graphical representation of the responses received.
Clicking on certain parts of the charts (1.) will activate filters in the data shown in the column view.
Show/Hide Columns
Choose which columns to view on the screen
Filter eForm Responses
Filters let you narrow down the responses you see on the screen.
Member Actions
Member Actions menu lets you view the response, respond on their behalf, send email reminder and lock response.
Member Details
Clicking on the member's name will reveal the member's details
