If a Profile Owner's email address was entered incorrectly on a Profile Request, or if a Profile Owner would like to create, or has already created a profile using another email address, you can change it by following the steps below:
When the email address is editable (not greyed out).
This happens when the email address of the profile request has not been registered to Operoo yet.
1. Click the three horizontal lines on a Profile.
2. Click Edit Student
3. To edit the profile owner's email address, enter the new email address into the 'Email address used for initial profile request' field.
Then click Save.
When the email address is NOT editable (is greyed out).
This happens when the email address of the request already has an existing Operoo account OR the system has already started sending the profile request email.
1. Click the three horizontal lines on a Profile.
2. Click View/Edit member.
3. Tick 'Manage this profile locally' (use only if Operoo will not be used for this profile) and click Save.
4. The Profile will be yellow. Click the three horizontal lines icon again.
5. Click Revert to normal.
6. Un-tick 'Manage this profile locally'. The field, 'Email address used for initial profile request', will now be editable. Enter the new email address and click Save.
