For Community Edition
If you can't enter any details, please check the following:
1. Click My Account located on the top of your screen, and select Edit My Account from the drop-down selection.
2. Make sure the details in the My Operoo account details section are your details and NOT the details of your child. The details in My Operoo account details are for the parent or guardian. You may have accidentally entered your child's information when you first used Operoo.
If your child's details are entered above, edit the page and enter your details ensuring your age is at least 18 years old. Save the changes and you will now be able to create and edit care profiles. Here's an article that will guide you in creating a Care Profile.
